Lead the Future of a Growing Title Agency

We are seeking a strategic and growth-driven Vice President of Title Agency to lead and scale our title operations while strengthening our presence in the real estate and lending community.

This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for overseeing agency operations, building strategic partnerships, driving revenue growth, and leading a high-performing title team. The ideal candidate is a seasoned title professional and business leader who understands the operational, financial, and compliance side of the title industry—and thrives on building relationships that drive deal flow.

What You’ll Do

Strategic Leadership & Growth

  • Partner with executive leadership to identify and execute strategic growth opportunities
  • Develop and lead the long-term strategy and expansion of the title agency
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of business opportunities and partnerships

Business Development & Industry Relationships

  • Cultivate relationships with real estate professionals, lenders, brokers, and financial institutions
  • Serve as a senior representative of the agency within the real estate and lending communities
  • Strengthen partnerships with title insurance underwriters and industry stakeholders

Operational Oversight

  • Oversee title production, closing operations, and agency support functions
  • Implement operational strategies that drive efficiency, scalability, and service excellence
  • Lead enterprise risk management practices related to title examination, escrow operations, and transaction quality

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, underwriter guidelines, and internal policies
  • Maintain a strong culture of accountability, governance, and audit readiness

Financial & Performance Management

  • Direct the financial performance of the agency, including revenue growth, profitability, and expense management
  • Analyze operational and financial data to inform strategic decision-making

Team Leadership

  • Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing title team
  • Provide coaching, performance management, and professional development
  • Foster a collaborative culture focused on excellence and growth

What We’re Looking For

✔ Strong leadership experience managing end-to-end title operations
✔ Deep knowledge of title transactions, underwriting standards, and escrow processes
✔ Proven ability to build strategic partnerships and generate deal flow
✔ Experience driving operational efficiency and business growth
✔ Strong analytical and decision-making skills with advanced Excel/data analysis capabilities
✔ Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
✔ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in the title industry
  • 3+ years in senior leadership or upper management
