A growing manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead plant operations and drive performance across safety, quality, productivity, and employee development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily manufacturing operations and production planning
• Drive continuous improvement, lean initiatives, and operational excellence
• Manage plant safety, quality, maintenance, and workforce development
• Monitor KPIs and optimize productivity, cost, and delivery performance
• Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives

Qualifications:

• 15+ years of manufacturing experience with 7+ years in plant or operations leadership
• Experience in machining, fabrication, coating, and assembly operations
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and continuous improvement skills
• ERP/MRP system experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
