Location: Terriotry based in Charlotte, NC – Relocation Assistance Available
Schedule: Monday–Friday with flexibility for business needs
Pay: Piece-rate structure with potential to earn $30+/hour
Bonus: $1,000 Sign-On Bonus

What You’ll Do:

• Install custom handrail and staircase systems in luxury homes and renovations

• Interpret blueprints, verify site measurements, and meet all building codes

• Work with wood, cable, metal, glass, and other premium materials

• Maintain a professional, safe, and clean job site

• Communicate progress and material needs with the Installation Manager

• Represent our brand with craftsmanship and a positive attitude

What You’ll Need:

• 5+ years of experience in handrail or high-end stair installation

• Strong background in finish/trim carpentry or woodworking

• Proven experience with curved rail and over-the-post systems (preferred)

• Ability to read blueprints and take accurate measurements

• Great geometry and math skills

• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR

• Must be 21+ and able to lift up to 75 lbs

• Willingness to travel regularly (some overnight travel required)

• Pride in your work, a team mindset, and a strong work ethic
